By engaging thePurpleView for interior design services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Services Description
thePurpleView provides interior design services including:
- Concept design and space planning
- Material and finish selection
- 3D visualization
- Construction oversight
- Furnishing and styling
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your project requirements
- Make timely decisions on design selections
- Provide access to the project site as needed
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Communicate any concerns or changes promptly
Payment Terms
Fee Structure
Our fees are structured as follows:
- Consultation Fee: ₵500 (non-refundable)
- Design Fee: 50% upfront, 50% upon design approval
- Implementation: Billed based on project scope
- Materials: Client pays directly or through us with markup
Payment Methods
We accept payments through:
- Bank transfer
- Paystack (online payment)
- Cash (for in-person transactions)
Late Payments
Payments not made within the agreed timeframe may incur:
- 5% late fee after 7 days
- Project suspension until payment is made
Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates based on:
- Project scope and complexity
- Material availability
- Contractor schedules
- Client decision-making speed
We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by Client
- Before design approval: 50% refund of design fees
- After design approval: No refund
- Consultation fees are non-refundable
Cancellation by thePurpleView
We reserve the right to cancel projects due to:
- Non-payment
- Breach of contract
- Unforeseen circumstances
Intellectual Property
- Design concepts remain our property until full payment is received
- Completed designs become client property after final payment
- We reserve the right to showcase projects in our portfolio
- Custom designs cannot be reproduced without permission
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to:
- The cost of services provided
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for contractor errors or omissions
Warranty
We provide:
- 30-day warranty on design work
- Manufacturer warranties on materials and furniture
- No warranty on client-provided items
Confidentiality
We agree to:
- Keep client information confidential
- Not share project details without permission
- Use client information only for project purposes
Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through:
- Direct negotiation first
- Mediation if necessary
- Ghanaian courts as final recourse
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
